The Moore Theatre celebrates 100 years of historic performances in December 2007!

The Paramount Theatre opened in 1928 as the Seattle Theatre. This classic Beaux Arts-style theatre named the “most beautiful theatre west of Chicago,” hosts over 250 events a year and yet never fails to capture the breath of each and every patron. Restored in 1995 at the cost of $20 million dollars, The Paramount Theatre has been brought back to its original splendor, just as Seattle audiences would have experienced it as they passed through the doors for the first time on March 1st, 1928.
